Louise's Salads

Instead of buying a plastic bag of mixed salad leaves, visitors to Roeburnscar can pick their own from Louise's "cut and come again" salad boxes. The wooden 3 tired box ,made by Rod ,was filled with compost and planted by Louise with a wondrous mixture of leaves--naturally they are organic.
